AFC Totton v Thatcham Town
Danny Robinson’s squad are the only undefeated side in the Southern League as they sit third in the division with games in hand over Frome Town and Paulton Rovers in the places above.
Their most recent outing, an impressive 3-1 away victory over Barnstaple Town, saw the Blues progress to the next stage of the FA Trophy.
AFC Totton, meanwhile, has endured a tough start to the 2019/20 campaign and find themselves 17th in the league with only two domestic wins.
Despite disappointing results in league games, Totton did join Thatcham in the next round of the FA Trophy after a narrow 1-0 win away to Slimbridge in their last game.
But the Blues’ defensive qualities were strengthened midweek as Archie Matthews comes back into the squad completed a short-term loan switch from League Two side Swindon Town. The goalkeeper featured in Town’s victory over Barnstaple last week and will stay with the club for a month whilst Paul Strudley is unavailable due to work commitments.
