Gosport Borough v Yate Town
In the first of 3 quick-fire home games for Gosport, the boys find it a struggle against Yate.
It wasn’t a classic but it got off to a great start as Rory put the BORO’ ahead in the 5th minute....only for it to be cancelled out by Yate in the 10th minute
After the initial flourish, the game descended into a struggle for both sides although the woodwork came to the rescue for both Gosport and Yate, as each side tried to step up and go for the win.
After an emotional bench dedication ceremony at half time in memory of Club hero Ian Mckiddie .......the second half disappointed the Privett Park crowd.
So its 1 point secured out of the 3 games 9 points on offer so far.
