Hednesford Town moved back up to seventh, a point behind Royston, after winning 2-0 at out-of-form Lowestoft Town, who have one point from their last four outings.

The Pitmen produced a dominant first-half performance at Crown Meadow with goals from Danny Glover after 15 minutes and Osebi Abadaki 10 minutes later, and they followed that by an assured defensive display after the Trawlerboys came back into it in the second half.
