Joe White opened the scoring just beyond the half-hour mark converting Liam Brooks' pass. James Taylor followed up an effort that hit the post to equalise for Yate in the second half before White netted his second of the afternoon for the winner with 15 minutes remaining, heading home from Shaun Lucien's cross.
