Banbury United secure three points v Stourbridge

Stourbridge were beaten 2-0 at the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium by Banbury United – their first win in six matches.

Ravi Shamsi gave the Puritans the 33rd-minute lead that Ricky Johnson eventually added to with 20 minutes left to play.

The Glassboys had a chance to reduce the arrears in the 87th minute but Anthony Dwyer missed from the penalty spot.
