Browne Returns to Banbury

Winger becomes a Puritan once more.

BetVictor Southern League Premier Division Central club Banbury United have brought left-winger Darius Browne back for the third time.

The now 24-year-old Trinidad & Tobago born player was with the Oxford United and the Coventry City academies as a youngster.

He played for Easington Sports and Banbury United’s youth side before establishing himself in the United first team in season 2014/15.

After making 130 appearances and scoring 15 goals for the Puritans he left the club in the summer of 2017 and played for Southern League Division One Central side Kidlington.

He re-joined Banbury in September 2018 and then returned to Kidlington in January 2019.
