Southern League Division One South club Highworth Town have announced that the management team of John Fisher, Ross Adams and Kevin Maloney will remain at the helm when football returns.
They took over in late December 2019 following the resignation of manager Jeff Roberts.
Roberts quit three-and-a-half years after he replaced Fisher at the Save on Tyres Stadium.
Fisher returned as joint-boss alongside Worthians’ reserve team coach Ross Adams.
Fisher’s return was welcomed by supporters, despite his near four-year absence from the dug-out after over 30 years in management.
He’d begun his second stint as Worthians boss in 2012 and went on to lead them to the semi-finals of the FA Vase in 2015, having won the 2005/06 Hellenic League Premier Division title in his first tenure.
In January, the co-bosses brought in Kevin Maloney to help them.
Maloney was assistant manager to Fisher in his previous spell in charge.
