Southern League Premier Division Central club Rushall Olympic have won the race to sign highly rated forward Rackeem Reid from Uhlsport United Counties League Premier Division side Quorn.
The former Chasetown youngster also counts Northern Premier League Division One South East side Belper Town and Total Motion Midland League Premier Division outfit Long Eaton United amongst his former clubs.
Before the 2019/20 was brought to a premature end, Reid had scored 11 goals in 32 games for the Fox Hunters, who were four points clear at the top of the table when lockdown began.
Rushall manager Liam McDonald is keen to see what Reid can do at the higher level. He told https://www.rofc.co.uk: “I am excited to have him on board.
“He comes with a big reputation in the UCL and will add even more power and pace to the crop we already have here.
“It will be good to work with him and help in his overall development in the game and I am sure that he will do an excellent job for us once it is safe for football to return”.
