Bedford Town have announced that Graeme Tomlinson has joined the Southern League Division One Central club.
The popular figure will take up the role of first-team coach, working alongside Ronayne Marsh-Brown and Gil Octave in Mark Ducket's management team.
Tomlinson returns to the Eyrie having played for the club under Kevin Wilson in 2003.
Before this, he enjoyed a successful playing career starting with Bradford City, before moving to Manchester United playing alongside the class of `92.
Unfortunately, he suffered a broken leg but went on to play for Wimbledon, Luton Town, Bournemouth, Millwall, Exeter and Stevenage.
Since retiring he has become a successful businessman and coached at Barton Rovers.
His son Connor is on the Eagles` books.
Speaking to https://www.bedfordeagles.net, Ducket said: "We've managed to secure the services of an experienced individual who has played at the top of the game. Graeme brings professionalism and I look forward to his knowledge being passed on to our exciting squad".
