Mason Brothers Re-United at Sholing

Barry re-joins Byron and Dan at The Mackoy Stadium.

The Mason brothers have been re-united once again at Southern League Division One South club Sholing.

Re-joining Byron and Dan at The Mackoy Stadium is forward Barry Mason, who returns from Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Premier neighbours Hamble Club.

He joined Hamble in December 2017 having made 556 appearances for the Boatmen.

Mason was a key member of Sholing`s FA Vase-winning side of 2014 alongside brother Byron – younger brother Dan missing out as he was on loan at Follands Sports at the time.

In January 2015, the three Masons made history as they became the first trio of brothers to score in the same game since 1978.

They achieved the feat in a 3-3 draw against Shortwood United and attracted national attention.
