Southern League Division One Central club Corby Town have re-signed attacking midfielder Joel Carta from Vanarama National League North neighbours Kettering Town.
The 22-year-old originally signed for the Steelmen in the summer of 2018 and enjoyed a terrific first campaign, scoring 29 goals in 44 games.
He came through the youth ranks at Coventry City, Shrewsbury Town and Mansfield Town, before a spell with United Counties League side Harrowby United.
He made 19 appearances and scored 5 goals for the Poppies but spent the second half of the 2019/20 season on loan at Grantham Town and Tamworth.
