Barwell Bring in Browne

Forward moves from neighbours.

Southern League Premier Division Central club Barwell have announced the signing of Leandro Browne.

Browne is a quick, tricky forward who has already gained a huge amount of experience despite his age.

He started his career in the Burton Albion academy but signed for Loughborough Dynamo on his release by the Brewers and also appeared briefly for Hereford United.

He travelled to the USA to play for South Carolina United before returning to the UK and playing for Gresley in 2016.

He made a return trip to the South Carolina in the UK close season of 2017 but signed for Belper Town on his return to these shores.

Browne, who also counts Oadby Town amongst his former clubs, turned out for Barwell`s league rivals and Leicestershire neighbours Coalville Town in 2019/20.
