Keeper Makes Thatcham Return

New custodian for Kingfishers.

Thatcham Town have re-signed former goalkeeper Curtis Meare for a second spell with the Southern League Division One South club.

The 23-year-old was originally on the books at Forest Green Rovers and was at the New College Academy before joining Swindon Supermarine, where he made a handful of senior appearances.

He first joined Wantage Town in the summer of 2017 and then had spells with Thatcham, Royal Wootton Basset Town and Shrivenham.

An Uhlsport Hellenic Premier Division winner he re-signed for the Alfredians in September 2019 from Southern Division One South side Highworth Town, who he had only switched to three months earlier.
