New Defender For Bedworth

Former Lamb becomes a Greenback.

Pitching In Southern League Division One Central club Bedworth United have signed defender Ishmael Dawson.

The 23-year-old moves to the Oval after spells in the Northern Premier League with at Sheffield FC, Brighouse Town, Frickley Athletic and Worksop Town.

He has also turned out for Staveley Miners Welfare and AFC Mansfield in the Toolstation Northern Counties East League and was also once on the books at Tamworth.

He has impressed the Greenbacks management team during pre-season and scored the winner in last Saturday`s 2-1 win away at Barwell.
