Leacock Adds Two More to Thatcham Squad

Two more for re-built Kingfishers.

Jamie Leacock, manager of Pitching In Southern League Division One South club Thatcham Town, has been busy adding two more new players to his re-built squad.

Pacey midfielder Jordan Alves and left-sided defender Nathan White are the latest pair of new Kingfishers.

Alves is a graduate of the John Madejski Academy.

The 20-year-old signed for Thatcham`s league rivals Basingstoke Town in December 2019.

He spent six years with Championship side Reading but joined `Stoke from Southern Premier South neighbours Hartley Wintney and has also spent time with Uhlsport Hellenic League side Reading City.

Naturally a winger, he has great pace and is great in one-on-one situations.

White can play left-back or centre-back. He is comfortable on the ball and plays with a bit of aggression and lots of determination.

He has also been on Basingstoke`s books as well as with Bedfont Sports and Spelthorne Sports.
