Pitching In Southern League Division One South club Barnstaple Town have announced the signing of Ollie Tomlinson on loan from SkyBet League One side Plymouth Argyle
A powerful central-defender, Tomlinson signed for Argyle as an under-13, having previously played for Marine Academy Plymouth and Ivybridge Town.
While he is more than happy to do the ugly side of defending, the former Ivybridge Community College student loves to play out from the back and use his ability on the ball to set the tone for Argyle to play expansive football.
Tomlinson made his first-team debut for Plymouth on Tuesday night in the EFL Trophy tie against Norwich City.
