Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division Central club Leiston have signed Matthew Weaire on loan from League Two side Colchester United until January 2021.
The 19-year-old is a centre-back who joined the U`s in July 2019 from Brighton & Hove Albion.
He initially linked up with the U's academy squad, after joining them from the Premier League club on a two-year deal.
Weaire spent time on loan Southern Premier Division South side Gosport Borough in 2018/19.
He started life at Chelsea before joining Brighton, where he has spent six years and played regularly for their under-18 and under-23 sides.
Weaire played for Denmark's under-19s when was 16, qualifying for Denmark through his mother.
