Mason Birch and Ben McLean join from league rivals Barwell and Redditch United respectively.

Birch is a 20-year-old midfielder who had only joined Barwell in July.

Having left Premier League Aston Villa after 10 years in the youth set-up, he chanced his arm at Kidderminster Harriers and Redditch before arriving at Midland League Premier Division side Worcester City in November 2018.

He joined the Canaries after recovering from a series of injuries that have plagued him in recent months.

Combative and technical midfielder Ben McLean has also moved to Lye Meadow.

A former Birmingham City youngster, he signed for Church`s league rivals Redditch in the 2019 close season.

He had spent an extended spell on loan with Southern Division One South outfit AFC Totton in 2018/19.

Manager Ian Long has also taken goalkeeper Niall Maher on loan from Vanarama National League North side Gloucester City.

The 21-year-old joined the Tigers in December 2019 from Southern Premier Division South side Weston-super-Mare.

He started out in the Tividale academy, before moving to League Two side Morecambe in March 2015, originally signing scholarship forms.

In the summer of 2017, he signed his first professional contract with Morecambe after progressing through the under-18 set-up at the Shrimps, becoming their third-choice keeper in the process.

In August 2017, he went on a month`s loan to Halesowen Town, making 2 appearances for the Yeltz.

In the summer of 2018, he was released by the Shrimps without managing to break into the first team and signed for Stourbridge, where he made 10 appearances during the 2018/19 season.

He moved to the Seasiders in August 2019.
