Pitching In Southern Football League Division One Central club Bedworth United have signed much-travelled forward Phil Bilson.
A former Chesterfield academy product, Bilson went on to play for League Two side Mansfield Town at both reserve and under-21 level.
Despite being still only 22, he has since done the rounds at various levels of the non-League game.
Whilst on the Stags` books, Bilson spent short spells on loan at Corby Town and Midland League Premier Division outfit Heather St Johns in 2017/18 and then Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division neighbours AFC Mansfield.
He has also spent time of varying lengths with Desborough Town, Harrowby United, Wisbech Town, Grantham Town, and, most recently, Uhlsport United Counties League Premier Division outfit GNG Oadby Town.
