He has appointed Grantley Dicks as his new assistant manager and Grant Kalahar as first-team coach.
Dicks joins the club as the new assistant manager, after it was confirmed that Tony Beecham had left Manor Farm to join Toolstation Western League side, Hallen AFC.
Dicks is the brother of former Liverpool and West Ham United player Julien Dicks, and boasts a wealth of experience having played for the likes of Paulton Rovers, Bath City, Trowbridge Town, Forest Green Rovers, Newport AFC, Clevedon Town, Weston-super-Mare, Gloucester City, Chippenham Town, Clevedon Town, Taunton Town, Brislington and Hallen.
He has also coached at, most recently Hengrove Athletic and Roman St George.
Lashenko told the club`s website: “Grantley brings that winning mentality.
“He spent some time working with us over the first lockdown period and I’m delighted to be working with him again. He’s a top bloke and a highly respected coach at this level.”
Kalahar is vastly experienced in elite player development and coaching.
He has previously worked as academy manager and head of coaching at Newport County, and as an academy coach at for Bristol Rovers, Cardiff City, and Swansea City.
“I’ve not worked with Grant before, but he joins the club after being highly recommended to me,” Lashenko added. “Like Grantley, Grant will add so much experience to our setup – and it’s definitely a signing that will turn a few people’s heads in this division. We’re delighted that he will be on board with us for next season”.
