Busy Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division South club Truro City have agreed terms to extend the contracts of two more of their influential players.

Ed Palmer, 29, is an imposing centre-half who began at Torquay United and went on to play for Kettering Town and Weymouth until helping Tiverton Town to the Southern South play-offs in 2013/14.

He briefly returned to Weymouth before signing for Truro for the first time where he was part of the Southern Premier play-off winning team in 2015.

Spells followed at Bideford and Bodmin Town before he returned to Truro in the summer of 2017.

He re-joined Taunton in October 2018 before going back to Truro just over a year later.

Ryan Dickson

Left-back Ryan Dickson, who is a former Plymouth Argyle youth graduate, joined the White Tigers in May 2020 from Torquay on a permanent basis following a successful period on loan.

He had signed for the Gulls in the summer of 2018 from Yeovil Town and brought with him a wealth of experience playing for such clubs as Brentford, Southampton, Colchester United and Crawley Town.
