Melksham Make Bright Signing

New attacker added to squad.

Pitching In Southern Football League Division One South club Melksham Town have announced the signing of Josh Bright for the 2021/22 season.

Bright is a young attacking player who joins from Toolstation Western League Division One side Calne Town.

He signed for Calne in the summer of 2020 from league rivals Corsham Town.

He had been a key player for Corsham in the previous two seasons, as he finished top scorer for the club on both occasions, netting 29 goals in 63 appearances.

Melksham manager Richard Fey told his club`s website: “Josh is a lad that I've had an eye on for a while and has great potential. He is a local boy and deserves a chance in the Southern League. He has scored goals wherever he has been and wants to test himself at a higher level. We are looking forward to working with him”.
