Gavin Macpherson, manager of Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division South club Metropolitan Police, has seen two more of his squad re-sign for the new campaign ahead.

Midfielders Sammy De St Croix and Luke Robertson have both committed to the Met.

De St Croix, 26, moved to Imber Court from Combined Counties League Premier Division side Frimley Green for the start of last season.

He had joined Frimley Green from league rivals Knaphill in August 2019 having been with the latter since February 2019 after returning from New Zealand.

Originally on the books at Vanarama National League outfit Aldershot Town, he had spells with Farnborough and local side Hindhead Athletic before jetting off to New Zealand in April 2017 to play for New Plymouth Rangers.

He moved to Hamilton Wanderers in August 2017, then to Hawke`s Bay United in January 2018 and onto North Shore United in July 2018.

Robertson, 23, re-joined the Met in October 2018 from Farnborough and went on to help reach the Southern Premier South play-off final.

A defensive midfielder, he came through the Met`s academy to the senior team and was one of their outstanding players in 2017/18 before moving to Farnborough in July 2018.
