Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division Central club Nuneaton Borough have signed Cain Noble from Loughborough University.
Known for his tough tackling in the middle of the park, Noble signed senior terms with Vanarama National League North side Chester in April 2019.
The central midfielder from Lache, scored on his senior debut in April 2018 in a home defeat to Maidstone United in the National League.
He went on to make a dozen appearances for the Blues and also scored in an Emirates FA Cup victory over City of Liverpool.
Whilst still on Chester`s books, Noble had two separate loan spells in the Northern Premier League Premier Division with Atherton Collieries and also with another NPL Premier Division outfit, Hyde United.
After leaving Chester in 2020, he went to Loughborough University and was a member of their United Counties League Premier Division team, whilst also signing dual forms for NPL Division One West side Runcorn Linnets in December 2020.
Nuneaton boss Jimmy Ginnelly told his club`s website: "I am really happy with the way the squad is coming together. Cain is a very enthusiastic midfielder who loves to break the play up and distributes the ball very well. He has played in the National League with Chester and he’s going to be our very own Roy Keane in the middle of the park battle".
