Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division Central club Banbury United have announced the arrival of two more new players.
Striker Chris Wreh and midfielder Brandon Patterson were revealed as new arrivals at the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium ahead of Saturday`s 1-0 pre-season friendly defeat by Vanarama National League North neighbours Brackley Town.
Wreh, 25, joins from league rivals AFC Rushden & Diamonds, where he was in his second spell.
He had returned to Diamonds in July 2020 after Rushall Olympic beat off competition from elsewhere to sign the talented striker from another Southern Premier Division Central rival, Stratford Town, in January 2020.

The son of former Arsenal, Monaco and Liberia international, Christopher Wreh, he is big, strong powerful frontman and has proved to be a handful for opposition defences.
Born in the USA, he has played with Spartan South Midlands League Division One side Stony Stratford Town and spent time with Southern League Division One Central outfit Barton Rovers, Aylesbury Vale Dynamos and Dunstable Town.
He has also been with MK Gallacticos and Newport Pagnell Town.
Manager Andy Whing told his club`s website: “We’ve been after a number 9 for some time now and are delighted to get Chris on board with us for this season. He’s got a great record at this level and wants to improve, score goals and progress his career. With the attacking players, we’ve now got it’s another really exciting signing for us.”
Patterson has impressed in pre-season games and has now signed for the Puritans ahead of the new season.
The 17-year-old midfielder has been playing for Coventry Alliance side Dunlop FC.
Whing added: “We’re really excited at the signing of Brandon. He’s impressed us this pre-season and we believe he will improve with his hunger to succeed and his undoubted talent. Brandon is an exciting prospect, and we’re glad he will grow at Banbury United.”
