Former Bluebird Earns Hednesford Deal

Following a successful spell in pre-season, Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division Central club Hednesford Town have announced that defender Ryan Pryce has moved to Keys Park, subject to international clearance.

The 24-year-old is a versatile defender who began his career as a scholar with JD Cymru Premier side The New Saints.

He had a loan spell with Cefn Druids in 2017/18 whilst on the Saints books and his impressive performances earned him a move to Championship outfit Cardiff City where he was a regular in their under-23 squad.

In October 2020, he returned to the Cymru Premier with Bala Town, where he played up until the end of last season.

Hednesford manager Keenen Meakin-Richards told his club`s website: "Ryan Pryce is a technically very good player that we welcome into the team. With experience in the Welsh Premier League`s he will add a lot of quality to the squad.

“With a number of clubs eyeing Pryce up from leagues above, we are buzzing to beat off the competition to sign him".
