Pitching In Southern Football League Division One Central club Wantage Town have added a couple more to their squad ahead of the big kick-off on Saturday.

Serbian central defender Aleks Novakovic started out in the Reading academy at the age of 13 and moved to Oxford United`s academy four years later.

He finished off his scholarship career with Vanarama National League outfit Barnet in 2018 and then spent two years at the Hartpury University in Gloucester.

Midfielder Lewis Crosbie has also been added to the Fred`s squad.

The 18-year-old is a former scholar with League Two side Northampton Town who has had recent experience with Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side Aylesbury Vale Dynamos.
