Shaun Gale, manager of Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Gosport Borough, has announced the signing of Luke Hallett.
Hallett has joined on loan from League Two side Forest Green Rovers and is a versatile youngster able to play as a centre-back and as a centre-forward.
The 18-year-old made one appearance for Forest Green`s first team when he appeared as a substitute in their 3-0 defeat away to Stevenage in March this year.
Hallett was able to impress enough as he earned his first professional contract late in the 2020/21 season.
He will add another aerial threat to Boro attack with the Forest Green loanee able to get on the end of a cross and finish on a set play.
