Pitching In Southern League Division One Central club Colney Heath have added Reece Cameron and Ben Long to their squad.

Cameron returns to Heath for a third time, after being most recently with former Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division rivals Oxhey Jets.

He is a powerfully built forward who came through the ranks with Chesham United's reserve team before playing for SSML outfit Leverstock Green.

The 24-year-old then signed for Heath`s current league rivals Aylesbury United in 2015.

Versatile in attack, he can either play as a central striker or on the wing, with some of his most eye-catching performances coming from wide positions.

He went on to make over 70 appearances for the Ducks before moving on to Colney Heath in 2017 and then returning to Leverstock Green shortly afterward.

He went back to Heath in 2018, returned once more to Leverstock Green and then joined Jets in 2019.

Long, 31, is a well-travelled midfielder who has spent more recent years with North Greenford United, Southall and London Lions.

He had a successful season or so with Heath`s current league rivals Welwyn Garden City, making 64 appearances, and was also with Broadfields United and London Colney.

He joined Harrow Borough in the summer of 2014 having played for Braintree Town, Holmer Green and Kings Kangley.

Has also played for Waltham Forest, Barnet, Scottish outfit Heart of Midlothian, Northwood, Wealdstone, Kettering Town, Hemel Hempstead Town and Icelandic sides Grindavick and Keflavik.
