Former Blues Keeper Joins Sporting

New custodian for Rouslers.

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central club Bromsgrove Sporting have announced the signing of goalkeeper Aaron Clayton.

The 18-year-old joins the Rouslers following his departure from Championship side Birmingham City.

Clayton came through the Blues` academy and progressed to the under-18 and under-23 sides.

Manager Brendan Kelly told his club`s website: “Aaron has good pedigree and has had a fantastic footballing education.

“With Max Beardmore moving on to find more regular game time, we had to get another keeper in and Aaron fits the bill to fight for that number one spot”.
