Devine had moved to Southern Premier Division South side Hendon at the beginning of September.
He was known to Greens` boss Lee Allison from his time with league rivals Biggleswade Town before he moved onto then-Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division sides London Colney and then Colney Heath where he enjoyed a prolific 2020/21 campaign.
In the summer he clinched a move to Vanarama National League South outfit Hemel Hempstead Town, from whom he joined the Greens on a dual-registration basis, making 3 substitute appearances.
