Two New Saints

Making their debuts for Pitching In Southern League Division One Central club St Neots Town in their League Cup victory over Premier Division Central side Hitchin Town on Tuesday night were Kwai Marsh-Brown and Ayub Kadiri.

Marsh-Brown joined the Saints from Isthmian League South Central side Marlow, where he had been since August 2019.

The 22-yeard-old had moved to the Alfred Davis Memorial Stadium from Isthmian South East outfit Whitehawk.

Kwai, whose brothers Ronayne and Ky have also appeared for the Hawks and were back together at Southern Premier Central side Biggleswade Town and then Marlow, while Keanu is a former Forest Green Rovers player now plying his trade in Bahrain, can operate in defence or in midfield.

He was released by Arsenal's academy at the age of 16 in 2015 and then spent a year with Vanarama National League side Maidenhead United before joining Bedford Town in July 2016.

He moved to Whitehawk in October 2017.

Kadiri is a striker who turns 21 today.

He joined St Neots Town from Essex Senior League side Redbridge.

He had signed for the Motormen in October 2020 from Isthmian North outfit Tilbury, where he had been since August 2020.

He moved to the Dockers on a more permanent basis from Thurlow Nunn League First Division side Hackney Wick.

He also played a couple of games for the Dockers on dual-registration towards the end of the 2019/20 season.
