The 35-year-old left league rivals Nuneaton Borough last month and has now joined the Turbines` promotion push.
Kettering born, he previously played for the now-defunct Rushden & Diamonds and Oxford United before joining home-town club Kettering Town for the first time in November 2009 on loan.
He joined the Poppies on a permanent basis in January 2010 and developed as an attacking full-back, winning the player of the season award.
Crippling finances saw him become the victim of a clear-out, joining Mansfield Town.
He returned to the Poppies in January 2011 under Mark Cooper, seeing the season out, but he left the Poppies again in May 2012 for Tamworth.
Later he played for Forest Green Rovers and also played for Wrexham before making another return to the Poppies in July 2018, helping them to win the Southern Premier Central title.
He moved to Nuneaton in July 2020.
