The 21-year-old joins from Vanarama National League South side Welling United, who he had signed for in August, having also signed for Isthmian Premier Division outfit Enfield Town in July from National League South side Braintree Town where he moved to during the 2019/20 campaign.
The son of Stevenage`s head of academy and former Hitchin Town striker Robbie, Charley also played for the Canaries after leaving Stevenage in the summer of 2019.
Whilst on Boro`s books he had loan spells with Royston Town, Kings Langley, Stratford Town and Wingate & Finchley.
