The 27-year-old moves to the Bee Arena from league rivals St Ives Town, who he had joined in July.
The Irish-born keeper helped Kettering Town to win the Southern Premier Central title in 2018/19.
He had previously played for Cork City, North Leigh, Gloucester City, Frome Town, Forest Green Rovers and Boreham Wood.
A former Republic of Ireland under-18 international, he joined the Poppies in September 2016 and soon established himself as the club’s number one with a string of fine performances that made him a firm fans` favourite.
He transferred to National League North rivals Hereford FC in the summer of 2020 ahead of his move to the Saints.
