Foresters Take Young Rover on Loan

Making his debut for Cinderford Town in Tuesday`s 2-0 defeat at the Corinium Stadium against Cirencester Town was Marcel McIntosh.

The 18-year-old was signed on a month`s loan from League Two neighbours Forest Green Rovers in time to start the game.

Mcintosh is an academy scholar with lots of potential who can play anywhere in midfield or at centre-back.

McIntosh made his senior debut for Forest Green in October against Premier League Brighton & Hove Albion`s under-21’s in the Papa John’s Trophy.

And he was awarded the man of the match award for his assured performance as part of Rovers’ back-three
