Hunt`s Back in Charge of Evesham

Pitching In Southern League Division One South club Evesham United once again have Neil Hunt in charge of team affairs following the surprise departure of Lee Driver-Dickerson after only just over a month in the post.

A statement from the club read: "After a meeting with the chairman and vice-chairman Lee Driver Dickerson has left Evesham United by mutual consent."

Driver-Dickerson was only announced as the new manager on Bonfire Night, having taken over from Hunt.

Driver-Dickerson joined the club after a successful three-year spell with league rivals Slimbridge.

Hunt will again oversee the first team as interim manager and has brought in Tim Bell to assist him and Peter Haynes while the Board of Directors continues their search for a permanent new manager.
