Farnborough Borrow Young Shrimper

Terrell Egbri has joined Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South leaders Farnborough on loan from Vanarama National League side Southend United until the end of the season.

The diminutive winger was rewarded for some impressive performances for the Shrimpers` under-23 team, and out on loan at Southern Division One Central outfit Harlow Town, with a first-team debut in the EFL Trophy tie against Brighton & Hove Albion under-21s in October 2019.

Towards the end of the 2019/20 season, he became a regular in the matchday squad and he scored his first goal for the club in a 3-1 win over Bristol Rovers in March.

A professional contract soon followed in the summer of 2020 and plenty more game time too.

Egbri joined Southend in 2014/15 as an under-14.

He made his youth team debut in April 2017 and went onto feature in over 50 games for the under-18s, scoring in 6 successive matches during the second season of his scholarship.
