Hornets Keeper Returns to Farnborough

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South leaders Farnborough have brought goalkeeper Dante Baptiste back to the Easy As HGV Stadium on loan from Premier League Watford for the rest of the season.

The 19-year-old, a regular in Watford`s under-23 side, spent the first half of the season with Boro.

Baptiste, formerly with Norwich City, joined Watford in July 2018 and was a regular in the Hornets` under-18s, before more recently progressing into the under-23s.

He is no stranger to the non-League game, however, having experienced brief loan spells with Isthmian League Premier Division side Wingate & Finchley and Farnborough`s league rivals Hendon, where he made a couple of appearances in 2019/20.

He was recalled by his parent club to be part of the first-team squad over the New Year period.
