Allinson Adds Two to Hendon Squad

Lee Allinson, manager of Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Hendon, has added two players to his squad.

Attacking player Hani Berchiche joins the Greens from Isthmian League Premier Division side Wingate & Finchley.

The 23-year-old had signed for Wingate in November 2021 from Vanarama National League South side Concord Rangers.

He had joined the Beachboys in August 2021 from league rivals Billericay Town, where he had been since the summer of 2020.

He joined Southern Premier South club Metropolitan Police in July 2019 and then switched to Isthmian South Central side Chalfont St Peter in October 2019 and to Southern Division One Central outfit Welwyn Garden City in February 2020.

A midfielder with an eye for goal, he has spent time playing in the USA with Newman University Jets before returning to the UK and playing for Edgware Town and Wembley.

Also joining Hendon is defender Matty Hall from league rivals Biggleswade Town.

The 25-year-old had joined the Waders in early October 2020 from Southern Premier South side Beaconsfield Town.

He had only been with the Rams since September 2020.

He had joined league rivals Hayes & Yeading United for a second spell in June 2019.

The former Watford and Ross County central defender joined Hayes & Yeading at the end of August 2017 on dual registration with National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town.

He never really nailed down a regular starting place in the side and moved to Northwood after a few months with United.

He has also had spells with Northwood and Barton Rovers.
