Laird Brings In Experienced Striker

Craig Laird, manager of Pitching In Southern League Division One South battlers Barnstaple Town, has signed another of his former players in experienced striker Phil Ormrod.

The 32-year-old joins Barum from Dorset Premier League side Westland Sports.

He had been with Melksham Town from May 2019 after joining from former Southern Division One South rivals Street.

The striker`s other former clubs include Gillingham Town, Sherborne Town, Frome Town and Dorchester Town, where he played under Laird.
