In the Premier Division South, play-off chasing Truro City and Yate Town met at Bolitho Park and shared the spoils in a goalless draw.
The visiting Bluebells hit the bar in the first half but there was little to separate the two teams and a draw was about right on the night.
The point lifted Yate to within three points of the top five, but it leaves the White Tigers nine points adrift of the play-off places with eight games remaining.
In Division One Central, Barton Rovers pulled themselves up to 13th in the table after a fine 4-1 win at Theobalds Lane against mid-table FC Romania.
The visitors took a 25th-minute lead through Delsin Ackom and doubled that a minute before the break with a goal from defender Paul Andrews.
Five minutes after the break, Temilola Akinbusoye scored the crucial third goal for Rovers and, after Zenon Stylianides had reduced the deficit in the 75th minute, Sam King made it 4-1 to the Bedfordshire outfit in stoppage time.
