Graham Stack
Josh Helmore and Nathan McDonald join on dual registration with Northwood and Enfield Town respectively, while Jordan Edwards and veteran Graham Stack have signed more permanent terms for the Generals.
Helmore, 29, is a wide player with an eye for goal who joins on dual terms from Isthmian League South Central outfit Northwood.
He had joined Woods in December 2021 from Isthmian South Central rivals Binfield.
He had joined the Moles in 2020 from Thatcham Town and was in his second spell with the Kingfishers, sandwiched by a spell with Bracknell Town.
He had been a regular in the first team at Waterside Park for the previous three seasons scoring 22 goals in 40 games in the 2015/16 season, 13 in 33 during 2016/17 and 12 in 24 in 2017/18 as Thatcham won the Hellenic League Premier Division and the FA Vase at Wembley.
He was previously with Berkhamsted.
McDonald, 30, signed for Isthmian Premier side Enfield Town from Braintree Town for his first spell at the club in the summer of 2014 and went on to be an ever-present in the league for three years.
A former Southend United and England C international, he moved back to Braintree in time for the 2017/18 season, helping them to promotion via the play-offs.
He switched to Chelmsford City in August 2018 before a move back to the QEII Stadium in May 2019.
Edwards is a 22-year-old midfielder who began his career at Swindon Town, where he made one Football League appearance.
He went on loan at Chippenham Town and Marlow before joining Isthmian Premier outfit Haringey Borough in the summer of 2019 and then onto then-Southern Division One South outfit Basingstoke Town in September 2019 and back to Marlow in late January 2020.
He moved to Southern Premier Division South outfit Hartley Wintney in August 2021.
And coming out of retirement to help Chesham out as they battle for a play-off spot is 40-year-old keeper Graham Stack.
Stack is Watford's head of academy goalkeeping, joining the coaching staff at Vicarage Road in 2018.
He enjoyed a long professional career at various clubs including Arsenal, Reading and Barnet.
He was even part of the 'invincible' Arsenal squad which won the Premier League in 2003/04.
With over 300 career appearances, Stack also enjoyed international football as he represented the Republic of Ireland’s under-21s on seven occasions.
The London-born stopper joined the Hornets after finishing his playing career at Vanarama National League side Eastleigh.
He stepped up to lead Watford`s first team in four Premier League matches alongside Hayden Mullins during the 2019/20 season and also worked regularly with the first-team goalkeepers during Nigel Pearson's time as manager.
Stack made his Chesham debut on Saturday.
