In front of a new record crowd of 1,335, the Crows, leading 2-0 from the first leg at the Cygnet Heath Care Stadium, took a 24th minute lead when a powerful Brandon Adams drive from just inside the area found the back of the net.

And then just 3 minutes before the break, Matt Bateman headed a Ronnie Henry cross past Connor Sidley-Adams in the Peacocks` goal.

On 66 minutes it was 5-0 on aggregate when Taunton failed to clear a free kick into the box and Devonte Aransibia fired home the loose ball.

Bateman came close to scoring his second of the game on 71 minutes, only for his header to hit the crossbar but 7 minutes later, it was 4-0 on the night and 6-0 on aggregate when Aransibia netted his second from close range.

The majority in the massive crowd erupted 7 minutes from time when Tom Newman made it a nap hand with a fantastic 30-yard free kick!

Celebrations went long into the night after a comprehensive victory for Steve Castle’s men.
