Curtis will return to Bolitho Park with Matt Godfree taking the role of first team coach.
Stuart Dudley will continue as goalkeeper coach and Regan Miles will remain in the Plymouth Parkway physio/sports therapist role.
Curtis returns to Parkway after his spell with League One neighbours Plymouth Argyle’s academy came to an end.
His first spell was a successful one and along with manager Lee Hobbs, the pair won the South West Peninsula League title, League Cup and Devon County Cup.
The duo then oversaw a second-place finish in the club`s first Toolstation Western League season and also picked up the Western League Cup.
Curtis left Bolitho Park after the first interrupted Covid season but now returns ahead of Parkway`s maiden season at Step 3 level.
Curtis told his club’s website: “I’m looking forward to returning to the club and working with Lee again. I’m also excited about the new challenge that lays ahead of us with our first season at Step 3.
“I remember back when Lee and myself first arrived at Bolitho in my first interview I stated I honestly believe this club could progress through the leagues and compete against some of the local big clubs such as Truro, Tiverton etc. Due to the outstanding work that’s gone on at the club from the committee, management team, players and ever-growing fan base, we can now look forward to testing ourselves against these type of clubs on a weekly basis. Bring on season 2022/23!”
