Charlie McLachlan with Rovers boss John Rendell
The 18-year-old Paulton lad was previously with Premier League Southampton’s famed academy.
He also turned out for Rovers’ former league rivals Mangotsfield United’s under-18 side last season.
His father Mark played for Paulton Rovers 20 years ago.
He is student at South Gloucester College.
