The experienced, pacey midfielder joins the Citizens from Vanarama National League South side Hungerford Town, where he had been since February 2022.
The 29-year-old had joined the Crusaders from Sholing, having been a Boatman since September 2020 after arriving from then-Southern League Division One South rivals Basingstoke Town, who he signed for in August 2019.
He was previously with Salisbury, where he had two spells, as well as stops at Hartley Wintney, Fleet Town, Poole Town, Andover Town and Frome Town.
