James Returns to Liberty Way

Jimmy Ginnelly, manager of Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central club Nuneaton Borough, has brought forward Revarnelle James back to Liberty Way on a more permanent basis.

The pacey 22-year-old originally came to Nuneaton on loan from new league rivals Basford United in March – Basford then being members of the Northern Premier League Premier Division before being switched by the FA earlier this summer.

He had joined Basford in November 2019 from Boro’s league rivals Tamworth.

He had a loan spell at Greenwich Avenue in December 2018 from Oxford United but when he returned to Oxford, his short-term contract wasn't renewed.

He began his career playing at youth level for both Sheffield United and Rotherham United.

In July 2018, he made the move to Oxford and played in the U`s under-23 side.

He signed for Tamworth in February 2019 and had a loan spell with Corby Town just prior to leaving the Lambs.
