And both are familiar faces for the boss as both played under his guidance whilst in charge at League Two Stevenage’s academy.
Goalkeeper Timmy Smith, who stands 6'3”, is a typical modern-day keeper who is excellent with the ball at his feet and as brave as a lion.
The 18-year-old is no stranger to the division either as he had loan spells with both Barton Rovers and the Waders` neighbours Biggleswade FC last season.
Also, re-uniting with O’Keefe is big, powerful 6`4” forward Harry Draper.
The 22-year-old had been on Stevenage’s books since before he was 8 and signed his first professional deal in the summer of 2019.
It came after a season in which the lad had been out on `work experience` with several lower league clubs.
The first of those clubs were Southern Premier Division Central neighbours Hitchin Town on a season-long loan.
He also spent six months on loan with Hitchin’s league rivals Royston Town in 2021/22.
In his time at Boro’ and in the youth setup, Draper was part of a successful side that did well in the FA Youth Cup.
He was actually the first Stevenage-born academy product to progress right through the system.
