Four Bolster Kidlington Squad

Pitching In Southern League Division One Central club Kidlington have made four additions to their squad.

Centre-back Olly Goddard moves to Yarnton Road from former league rivals and now Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division side Wantage Town.

The 29-year-old had joined the Freds in June 2020 after a two-year spell at Brackley Town Saints, where he captained the team in the Hellenic League Premier Division.

He was sought after by numerous clubs before parent club Brackley Town`s decision to fold the team.

Originally with MK Dons, is a strong and dominant centre-half who is a natural leader from the back.

Goalkeeper Joe Gorman also joins from Wantage.

The 27-year-old had returned to the Freds in the summer of 2020 after a season with Hellenic Leaguers Westfields.

A very strong, composed and consistent keeper who rarely makes a mistake, he also represents the British Army.

As does experienced forward Luke Noble, who has been a regular Army representative for several years.

He also has experience with North West Counties League sides Padiham, Squires Gate and Blackpool Wren Rovers whilst stationed in the area.

Lucas Northover, a technical and tricky attacking player has also been signed after impressing during pre-season.

The 19-year-old was formerly with League Two side Northampton Town but has more recently playing for Easington Sports in the United Counties League Premier Division South.
